The cycle of graphic works “Works of Mercy” speaks of the active love that we can show to our neighbor in the suffering of his body and soul. The cycle consists of 7 prints “Works of Mercy for the Body” and 7 – “Works of Mercy for the Soul”. The cycle is crowned by the iconic image of the Merciful Jesus “Iesu, in Te confido” (“Jesus, I Trust in You”), executed in the mecotint technique. Other works are in the techniques of etching, aquatint and soft varnish.
